Dette er den kjente spillemannen Lars Krøsshuag, som han ble kalt etter at han en tid var husmann på Krøsshaug under midtre Tune. Han kom til Ellingbøhaugen omkring 1808. Han skulle oppi Dalen og spille i et bryllup- På vegen dit gikk han inno m på Kvamme, der fikk han brennevin og spilte litt for dem. Da han gikk derfra var han nokså full. Han kom aldri fram til Dalen, de fant ham noen dager etterpå i elva.
