    • He inherited 8 skinns (medieval land measurement) in Vøle with Morken as the sub farm. In 1685 he had Togeir Reiersen on Vårum served with a summons because, for a long time, he had used half of Vårum, which Johannes had redeemed at a loss. In 1697 he sued Knut Trondsen Robøle to get back Møtken, which he had also redeemed for 30 riks dollars, and in 1703 he and his brother Ole Ulfsen (1651-1725)sued Thomas Leine (Lene) for primogeniture rights to 10 skinns in Leine.
