    Notes
    • She had two illegitimate children before marriage (Randi and Ola). She was married to Ola Lund, who leased the parsonage farm. After her husband died, she and her daughter Guri emigrated to America in 1893. According to the Ministerialbok for Vang/Hurum, #9, 1882-1914, emigrations, p. 161, Rangdi was listed as #5 and Guri was listed as #6, dated 19 May 1893. Their surname was spelled Tveit (Tveitmoen).

Following this family to Deer Creek, Iowa, was difficult because of the use of different surnames. The Iowa records use primarily Moen as the surname, although son Helge is listed under Olsen in the 1900 census. [2, 4, 7]
