- In 1808 he is listed in the Brandon Deed Index as having purchased 55 acres of land from David Collam (Deed Book 6, p. 295), but he does not appear in the 1810 U.S. Census for Brandon. In 1817 he purchased a house lot from Seth Leonard (Deed Book 9, p. 297).
