  Notes	Peter was born in Aardal, Norway on the Hagen hussman plas underHovland. He was 2 years old when his family emigrated to Amerika. He lost his mother when he was 2 years old. He had a new mother and step-brother by the time he was 3 years old. I found Peter with his family in the 1860 Wisconsin Federal Census and he was 8 years old. I did not find him in the 1865 Minnesota Census. I found the family in Brush Creek, Faribault Co, and the family names were correct, but Peter was no t among them. He would have been 12 years old and I do not believe that he was working on another farm. The area was not populated enough and no one had any extra money to hire hands. We have not found any furthur record of him at this time. I have asked the Spring Prairie Lutheran church historian if she would search the church records for any record of his communion or his dealth. He could have died after they came to Faribault County, but I have found no record yet of this either. If anyone knows anything about Peter, I hope that I hear from you.
