    • Nils solgte 85/2 skog i27.10.1870 og solgte til Staten for 200 spd. Omkring 1880 slo han seg sammen med Torgeir Jøvne (1845- ) og bygde landhandel på Vangsnes, men snart overtog Torgeir det hele. Planen var at de skulle bygge skysstasjon i konkurranse med Øylo. (se V.B. bd. 4 s. 216-217)

      Nils og Ingrid hadde 8 barn: Endre (1864-1865) Han døde knapt 2 år gammel, han brente seg på en vanngryte. Marit (1866-1965) gm Kristoffer E Lien grb 80/2 Endre 1868-1963 Endre 1868-1963 grb i Rogn Marit (1871- ) gm Nils T Lokreim grb Fulkji 43/1 i VS, UB han døde i 1927 og hun drev gården videre.
