- He was probably the first to farm lower Skatteboe after the long period of desolation following the plague. His name comes up in the 1628/1629 tax lists. He is said to have come from Onstad in Volbu. He probably also farmed Gardsdeildé, but it was later sold as a separate farm. [1]
