  Notes	Tollef Ferden had mortgaged some property (now a part of 74/3) in Øvre Viste in the 1600s. He didn't use this as his own farm, but his daughter Marit, who was married to Nils Olsen Tildheim, lived there. His son Ole took over about 1755. His son-in-law Knut Knutsen Skrøviken farmed there in 1785. In the 1664 census he was 61 years old and farmed 2 hides (huder) and 3 skins (skinn) of land in Ferden. His children were Ola, Gjartrud at Snortheim, Tørø, Sebjørg (married to Andris Lome). [1, 2]
