  Notes	Sailed from Norway to New York City - 1836, en route to Fox River Settlement, LaSalle Co. IL. Spent one year in Rochester, N.Y., where Björn worked as a cooper. Moved to IL in 1837 and from there to Lake Koshkonong, Albion Twp., Dane Co., WI in 1841. Björn and son Bruun died in cholera epidemic of 1850. Remarried to Ingebrigt Amundson in 1854. A few years later (presumably after her second husband died in 1860) she moved to home of daughter Dina (Mrs. T. A. Torgerson), whose husband was a minister. Lived in Somber Parsonage west of Northwood until her death.
