  Notes	He was a tenant farmer at Kvåle and was often named in documents as Thomas Kvåle. With his wife Ambjørg he was at Kvåle from about 1798 to 1801, then he took over the tenant farmer's property Hagastrønd (or Hagastrand) under Øldre 58/2 about 1803. Later they were at Syndrolsbakken. He died as a pauper supported by the community at Sundshella.
