Det var en lang og tiung rute. Han var litt av en orgina l og det går ennå mange hermer etter ham i bygda.Han hadde det nokså trangt på slutten, og gikk rundt på gårdene og tagg. Da han ga gården til datteren, bygde han seg et lite skrøpelig hus på Jonstølbergo under 3/24.
