    Hun arvet 18 merker smør i Ve, 1/2 skinn Grihamar, 1/2 skinn 1 mål 9 stenger i Grøv, og 4 1/2 mork smør og 1 mæle korn i Asperheim i Årdal, det siste sammen med Ola Langeteig i Balestrand. De solgte dette sist på 1600-tallet til Ola Thommassen Asperheim.

    Da Marit ble enke, stevnet Sjugurd Knutsen Grøv (som da var tjener hos svigerforeldrene på Heen, broren Andris K Grøv og enken Marit O Kjerstein (Ve), for å få greie på hvordan de hadde handlet med odelsretten hans i Kjerstein da han var umyndig. Frøholm skriver:"Lagverja hennar Marit, Gudbrand Skogstad, la fram kjøpebrev, og Sjugurd ville ikkje reise krav så lenge Marit sat der som enke, men ville heller ikkje tape retten sin. 5.7.1706 stemnde han henne på ny, og gjorde eid på at han var buslitsmann og husvill, då saka kom opp til doms 12.10.1706. Gudbrand Skogstad meinte at Knut og Andris Grøv (faren og onkelen til Sjugurd), skulle ha bode enka, Marit dei 5 skinn pantegods i Hermundstad så ho hadde ein stad å flytte til, om ho no vart husvill. mannen hennar hadde overlate dei desse 5 skinna, då han var formynder for Sjugurd.

    Husa på gården var takserte. Johannes hadde bygt nytt støgohus i 1680-åra, og forbetringa vart verdsett til 6 rd. Han hadde bygt nytt fjøs, og forbetringa frå det gamle nedrotna fjøset var sett til 4 rd., og ein stall vart sett til 3 rd, medan ein ny stolpebu på tomt der det ikkje hadde vore hus før , vart med innreiing sett til 8 rd. Dei andre husa var bra og dropefrie og kunne gå utan taksering. Marit og borna la ikkje imot at Sjugurd var rette odelsmann, etter faren Knut og bestefaren Andris Erikson Kjerstein. Marit skulle ryddigjøre gården til neste års faredag og utgang "naar mand skrifuer 1708". Ho skulle ha 304 rd av Sjugurd for garden og 23 rd for husa. Om betaling for stolpebua fekk dei bli samde, eller Marit fekk ta med seg bua.

    Sjugurd lånte 180 rd av den eldre broren, Andris Knutsen Grøv for å få løyst inn garden. Andris fekk ha garden i trygd for pengene til dei var betalte."

    Det ser ikke ut til at Marit flyttet, for samme år som hun skulle dra, døde hun. De tre yngste barna hun og Johannes hadde, Bergit (1684- ), Kari (1687- ) og Ola (1688- ) var ugifte og på Kjerstein i 1708, hvor det ble av dem vet jeg ikke.

    Han var på Heen 70/1 i 1727-31 Ved siden av de barna som er nevnt i listen, hadde Ambjørg og Kristoffer sønnen Trond (1735-1772). Trond var fe- og hestehandler. Den 12.2.1771 ble han saksøkt av Ola Tammassen Kvien for å ha kommet med "ein skabbut hest frå Hadeland og "befængt" hestane til Ola." Han ble dømt til å betale erstatning. 14.10.1771 ble han dømt til å betale 3 rd i saksomkostninger og nesten 2 rd. til Nils A Kårstad for at han skulle "lækje" hesten sin. Fra 1768 var han på Myre i Høre. Frøholm skriver: "Trond Kristoffersen må ha vore velståande, for han lånte Ivar og Ola Myre 500 rd i 1765, og kjøpte sidan gården Myre for 690 rd i 1768, (Ola og Ivar kunne ikke betale gjelda, så Tond tok rett og slett gården fra dem.) men han fikk ikkje overtake gården heilt, for Ivar og Ola Jonsen laga store vanskar og ville ikkje flytte. Trond var ikkje gift, men hadde to barn med navnet Ambjørg, den første med syskenbarnet Guri Ivarsdtr våren 1770; dei søkte då kongen om å sleppe straff. Det andre med Berit Sjugurdsdtr sommaren 1771. 13.10.1770 vart Trond stemnd av Kari Ivarsdotter Myre, ved sonen Ivar, for sist vår å ha spent henne så ho var "vanfeldig" heile sommaren. 14.10.1771 var Trond frikjend, fordi det ikkje var ført skikkelig prov mot ham."

De hadde 5 barn: Steffan (1730-1813) overtok Brekken , Ågot (Agata) (o1727-1810) ugift og døde på gården som "almisselem", Anne (Anna) (o1731-1807?) da hun døde var hun enke og "almisselem".     Han er ikke nevnt i Frøholm under verken Kvien eller Heen, det er ikke 100 prosent sikkert at han er sønn av Ola og Ingeborg. Han skal ha vokst opp hos onkelen Gudbrand på Heen etter at moren døde i 1717. Derfor kalles han Heen. Da han giftet seg med Ingebjørg fikk han på vegne av henne lov til å løse inn en part av Sørre Berge fra den yngre broren til faren hennes, Simen Trondsen, men han klarte ikke å betale, og Simen hadde derfor hele gården, men lot Ola bruke ende l av den uten å betale avgift. da Simen senere mistet gården til nevøen sin, skulle også Ola vike det han hadde, men han fikk likevel bli boende.
