According to her birth certificate, her mother's maiden name was Ellingboe.

She is very likely the Mildred E. Kolmayer, b. 20 Jul 1906, d. 28 Jul 1992 in Gresham, Multnomah County, Oregon (SSDI). Oregon death certificate 92-14936. That Mildred was probably the wife of Albert O. Kolmayer and the couple had at least one child, a daughter who married a man whose last name was Russell. Albert Kolmayer was an unmarried 42 year-old immigrant from Czeckoslovakia and living in Portland, Oregon, at the time of the 1930 census. Albert died in Multnomah County on 22 Mar 1965.

According to his World War II draft registration card, Albert was born 4 June 1887 in Czechoslovakia. He and Mildred lived at Route 2, Box 197, Portland, Oregon. He worked for Durkee Famous Foods of Portland.
