    Han kan komme fra Fystro i Vestre Slidre. Tore Ey sier han døde i 1762, 72 år gammel. Han har nok aldri på Prestrud, fordi han eide mange gårder. da faren døde skulle han bli igjen å hjelpe moren med Røn, deretter flyttet han til Fystro som han gi ftet hvo kona kom fra. Han arvet en del av Fystro senere. Men han må ha forvaltet arven etter faren godt på alle måter, for ha eide mage gårderog parter i Valdres, bl. dem Prestrud, som sønnen Knutfikk. Han flyttet siden til Rødnes i Land. Datter en Ingebjørg kom tilbake til Fystro. I 1728 ble det tinglyst et skjøte fra Ola Knutsen Kolding på Stømsø til yngste broren hans ved samme navn (Ola Knutsen Fystro) etter faren deres knut Pedersen Røn (Colding). Skjøte er dattert 16. februar 1728.
