    Faren, som hadde Hamre 59/2, tok tilbake Belsheim 83/1 på odel da den ugifte broren Embrikt (Tumlin) ville selge den til Ola T Røgnseiga Givre, som kom til Nefstad. Ola hadde Belsheim 83/1 og stelt for Embrik. Torstein E Belsheim gav gården til sin datter Marit og hennes mann Thomas T Leine.

    Johannes T Nefstad skriver i sin bok:"Jeg skal få lov å føye til at det er samme slekt på Belsheim til denne dag, da oldemor til konen der (HB: det må være Berit K Nefstad 1889-1972, han tenker på), Berit K Nordsveen, var søster til Engebret Belsheim." (Søsteren til Embrik var Berit E Belsheim (1779-1873) HBs anmrk.)

    Thomas Leine og Marit Hamre hadde barn: Ingebjørg (1865-1950) g i 1929 med enkemann Nils S Nordsveen grb på Dalen 70/4, av norde Heen (før det hadde han vært på Granlund under 83/4. Torstein (1867- ) smed, g i 1894 med Anne Andrisdtr Austreim. Jon (1871- ) til USA 1909 med barna Olaf (1904- ) og Margit (1906- ). Jon var enkemann da han reiste. Hvem han var gift med vet jeg ikke. Thomas (1880- ) var først innerst her, så til USA, bosatte seg i Canada. Lars (1882- ) reiste til USA i 1901, kom tilbake i 1908 og giftet seg med Berit Ivarsdtr Hovda, og dro så tilbake til USA. Dessuten hadde de: Tørris (1869- ), Ingebjørg (1874-1895), Jon (1879- ) og Thomas (1884-1905).

    Da Thomas døde ble Belsheim 83/1 først solgt til Helge Kvame (1870-1959), som drev både Grindaheim og Eidsbugarden. Han drev Belsheim 83/1 med tjenestegutter, hogg strekt i skogen og solgte noen av husmannsplassene, før han solgte resten til Ola A Belsheim på nabogården. Ola hadde en tid begge Belsheimgårdene, men må ha godt konkurs i 1930, da ble gårdene solgt til Helge A Jøvne og E.O Kongslien som straks solgte Belsheim 83/2 til Olas sønn, Andris Belsheim og Belsheim 83/1 Trond O Nordsven og Berit K Nefstad, som altså stammet fra gården.
