    Han fikk Røvang 27/7 da onkelen Lars Alfson Røvang døde uten livsarvinger, faren hadde brukt gården i noen tid før Nils fikk den. Han overlot gården til til sin sønn Ole Nilsen Røvang i 1806. Ole Nilsen brukte den til 1822, da han ga den videre til sin sønn Nils Olsen Røvang, som hadde den til 1851. Deretter ser det ut til at gården ble solgt, for jeg har ikke funnet nært slektskap med den neste brukeren, Jon Pedersen Onstad.

    Nils og Jorund hadde følgende barn; Lars (1778-1780), Ola (1779- ) grb på Røvang 27/7, Guro (1786- ) gift med Kristoffer J Kvieseiga. Sigrid (1791- ), Halvard (1793- ), Lars (1797- ), Alv (1800- ) og Sigri (1783- ).

Han var også en stor jeger. Han onnet i Alagile og hadde to løe r der. Han betalte med å fø en kvige for Torpe. Det hadde folk moro av. Etter ham har ingen onnet i den gilen. Da han ga opp driften flyttet han til broren i Sæte og levde som hjulmaker. De to døtrene hans var med til Sæte med hvert sitt spebarn.
