    Notes:

I've just gotten older today. Bin jetzt Opa. Can't get used to saying it in English, yet. Andy and Dana just had a baby girl this afternoon in Phoenix. We got to hear her cry over the phone. Her name will probably be Emily Rae Simmons. Si x pounds, 10 ounces, 18 inches long. March 8 was the projected due date, but she has the correct number of fingers and toes, is as healthy as can be, and can bellow like a Norwegian. Be sure to update my gedfile.

Elke and I will fly to Phoenix next weekend to visit our granddaughter. It will take some juggling. My aunt fell and broke her arm and hip in January and is due to come out of the nursing home on Friday. I think we'll jist keep her there ove r the weekend
